My cooking style is using fresh local ingredients to help those who have any type of dietary restrictions. I grill, saute, steam, stir fry, roast, and will do anything else to make the food taste delicious and healthy. I love working with people and helping them out with whatever issues they may be dealing with.
I have been doing healthy cooking for over twenty-five years. I trained with a Master Macrobiotic chef before I started my business. I have continued my education with nutrition and learning all the techniques, knowledge, and recipes to cook for anyone with any medical condition or good health.
