I love to fuse Italian and Puerto Rican and I provide in-home meal prep and deliveries, I can create different menus for different style parties, BBQs, and Pig Roasts for up to 300 people or even intimate dates. I am Serve Safe certified and can accommodate a menu for allergies or any special request.

I am a graduate of The Art Institute of Washington D.C and Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts with 20 years in the industry, cooking at a wide range of Health Facilities and restaurants around the United States from Cajun, Spanish, and American bistro's. I have hosted Pig Roast's and different style BBQs from American to Hawaiian while adapting the menu to certain dietary needs. Growing up in New York and attending Culinary School expanded my pallet and opened me up to different cultures, and me also being an Army Veteran I was able to travel the world and experience different cuisine first hand.
