I would like to introduce to your palate my European cuisine. Whether it's just a private, intimate dinner for two or a larger group, my twenty-plus years of experience in preparing delicious, healthy meals and catering is now here to sample. Interested in trying a meal from France, India, Thailand, Italy, or my native Hungary? I have multiple dish options that will satisfy your appetite and curiosity. My specialty is vegan and vegetarian dishes, including the Paleo diet, but I can accommodate diverse tastes across the spectrum.
I am a Hungarian native; trained in Hungary from 1990 to 1993, and worked on European luxury ships and restaurants. Whether you have a love for American comfort food or dabble with International cuisines (All kinds of European, Thai, Chinese, Indian, etc …), I am well-versed in creating meals from scratch that not only satisfy the palette but are guaranteed to be healthy and organic (Farm to Table). I also specialize in vegan/vegetarian cuisines as well as those with dietary limitations (i.e. diabetic, low-carb/no carb, no sodium, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, California diet), I always keep my clients' need in front of anything.
I work as a private chef over the past 12 years now in my clients' residence and do my best to create pleasant and unforgettable events for them.
