My cooking style is very open. I love Cooking everything really. Southern food, thai food, Vietnamese, Japanese, Northern Indian, Moroccan, Italian, Mediterranean, and I'm totally up to trying anything new!!!!
I've been cooking since I was very young with grandmother I her kitchen. So cooking is near and dear to my heart. I got serious about cooking and becoming a chef at the of 16. I attend Johnson & Wales University where I graduated with honor with an A.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition. I've worked in different facets of the industry including Walt Disney World. I'm currently a culinary arts instructor.
