I started running my first kitchen at a golf club when I was in high school, following school I graduated with an associates degree in culinary arts from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. After college I worked for a wonderful Italian family at their restaurant, Compass group, Micro Brew Pub, Country Club and all while owning my own Catering service. Now I work for myself, family and community.
