I am very versatile chef. I love experimenting and trying things most wouldn't dare. But being born and raised in North Carolina I am a southern chef at heart so i love doin bbq as well. I love creating dishes from seasonal ingredients. I am married to a Cuban so I love to integrate those spanish/carribean flavors into my dishes

I have worked in one of Cincinnati's top 10 restaurants, and I am currently employed with business insiders best restaurant in the state of Kentucky.
