There is not a genre of food I don't enjoy cooking. Anytime I am coming up with daily specials I think to myself what part of the world do I want to be in today. Then I create.
I have been cooking all of my life. In major kitchens for fifteen years. I have a hunger and a passion for food that only continues to grow. Born and raised in Colorado and have been in Florida for a year and a half. Trained with master chefs from all walk of life. Since I have moved to Florida I am working on opening my third restaurant from the ground up. I love food and even more so I enjoy making people love food. I enjoy people getting to experience a wonderful time a great atmosphere with wonderful food.
