Cooking style
My cooking style is open, laid back and casual. I am a very gregarious person, so I love to talk and teach as I cook. My favorites are comfort foods, but I also love the artsy, innovative, and unique. My goal and desire for my clients is to learn something new and have a lot of fun!
Experience
I have been cooking since I was 8 years old, but professionally only for the last 8 years. I went back to culinary school that focused on southern French, however, I love all cooking styles and flavors! I have spent time in southern France, as well as restaurants in the Denver metro area. But I settled in to a career as a private chef and culinary instructor as well as a bit of catering with my own business.

An experience that left fond and lasting memories
Chef Anthony and his Sous chef, Samantha, provided for a great evening experience. They were both professional, friendly and cooked a great meal from the appetizers, main coarse through desert. They fulfilled my goal of celebrating my wife's birthday in a very special way which we will remember for many birthdays to come. Thank you both Chef Tony and Sous Chef Samantha.
