I have been working in beach resorts for more than 10 years. Also, had been trained in french cuisine and in Michelin style service. I am a passionate chef with a very down to earth feeling about food. I like to offer my guests quality food of a fine dinning without the expensive tag of this service.
Chef Julian was awesome and affordable. He made sure that the one vegan in our party was able to have a great meal and desserts as well as the rest of our party. The food was excellent and we would do it again.

Completely blown away
Chef Julian was prompt, professional, accommodating and friendly. The food he prepared was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The miso sea bass the he made was particularly phenomenal and we look so forward to hiring him again the next time we are in the desert!
