I've always been the kind of cook that can make something out of nothing. One of my goals when preparing a dish for soneone, is flavor! I like to experiment with different flavors that you typically wouldn't think taste good; and make it a unique, colourful, and delicious dish.

I have over 8 years the culinary industry. I have worked in some of the Jersey shores most fast pasted resturans, including; Ink Well Coffee Shop (Long Branch, NJ), 10th ave Burrito (Red Bank NJ/Belmar NJ), Ocean Place Resort and Spa (Long Branch NJ), and Bar Anticipation (Lake Como, NJ)
