I would say I can cook anything I was asked to if I didn't know how I would figure it out. Mainly I cook home meals resturant quality

I have been a qualified chef for 8 years. Started at Aberdeen working my way up from apprentice to second in charge. From there I moved to Melbourne working in city at a upmarket wine bar and restaurant as second in charge for a year then worked in same cafes back in palmerston north then I worked as dessert chef in well known resturant in havelock north.
