I love how diverse and wonderful cooking with plants can be and I have a real passion for the abundant foods that grow all around us. I like to keep my food simple and thoughtful, using a few key ingredients in a dish and food that can be shared and experienced as a group.

I've been working professionally as a chef for 5 years and I have also eaten a strictly plant-based diet myself for this time. I'm currently the sous chef of a plant based kitchen and I want to share my experiences with you through cooking with plants.
