I devote all my attention to satisfying the client when I cook. I take specific interest in high end healthy vegetarian food although I can prepare meals of any cuisine. Nothing is more gratifying than a client's smile and their empty plate. I work with clients to adapt the meals to dietary or health requirements.
I have a degree in professional cooking from the Institut du Tourisme et Hotellerie du Quebec. I have been in the restaurant industry for many of years and my experiences range from high end steakhouse, to Italian, to kosher and Asian fusion. I have worked in many culinary environments, including restaurants, private clubs and catering. I dedicate my time and passion to create delicious, healthy and inspired recipes.
