Having worked in many different environments; I cannot say I have one style. I have become very adaptable to many situations. I enjoy the challenge, research and learning I receive by the experience of new styles of cooking.
I have worked in the industry for 25 years; having cooked in all kinds of environments; from casual dining to fine dining. I worked my way up from dishwasher to Executive Chef, and enjoyed every position in the kitchen. One of my favorite things to do is cook for private parties, I enjoy the intimacy and getting to know the guests.
