Commenced my career in 1979 in Denmark, Europe. Immigrated to Canada in 1993 and have experience on every level of the food industry, from ground floor production to supervisory and managerial level. Have been a crucial part of setting up and running multiple bakeries in the GVRD (Greater Vancouver Regional District) as well as The Danish Pastry House in Toronto.
