I cook many types of cuisine ranging from Italian to Asian as well as Indian. I've done summer menus with gourmet burgers to fine steaks paired with a nice green pepper corn or bordealaise sauce.
I've been part of the food industry for 10 years. I've worked in kitchens, banquets, catering and healthcare facilities. I have the ability to coordinate events according to location and menus and I have experience in ethnic cuisine. I am currently working on a five-year contract as a private Chef in a wealthy neighbourhood cooking meat and vegetarian dishes. My experience working as a private chef for high-end clients has allowed me to perfect my skills as a Chef. I love being able to cater to the needs of my clients. I work with my clients to customize a menu that fits their dietary and nutritional needs as well as their allergies. I source ingredients locally as well as import ingredients to help make their experience more satisfying.
