I want what I serve to please the palate as much as the eye. Eating needs to be a complete experience. I know my way around a lot of different cuisines including vegetarian, French, southern, Spanish and Asian. I enjoy grilling in the summer just as much as preparing delicate hors d'oeuvres. I am an environmentally conscious chef who uses local and seasonal ingredients, in order to improve the overall flavors and experience. I have a professional yet friendly attitude. I think that food love should be shared. So, I am happy to teach as I am preparing, if you wish!
I have been cooking professionally for over 20 years. Food has long been a true passion. I grew up in the small country town in Oregon, picking vegetables from our garden and catching salmon with my father. Having spent the last 17 years living in Florida, southern cuisine has become a large part of my life. Restaurants I worked at include Michelin starred French fusion, classic French bistro and American style grills. Working with people from all over the world and being well traveled helped me perfect creativity in my menus.
I want to thank personally Chef Kyle for his work for my wife's 40th birthday celebration.
He made the whole event grandiose with his suggestions and easy goingness.
My guest were delighted by his meals and most importantly my wife enjoyed every minute of the supper from the entrées to the main dish to desert !

Notre soirée avec Kyle était très agréable. Il a accepté de concocter un menu des années 1960 pour une soirée à thème. Il a tout de suite embarqué dans l'idée et est arrivé avec des idées créatives qui suivaient précisément notre désir. La bouffe était excellente et très bien présentée. Kyle était
sympathique, ponctuel et professionnel. Il avait aussi embauché une aide qui était tout aussi professionnelle et agréable. Je recommande tout à fait, si vous voulez sortir de l'ordinaire Kyle sera parfait!
