I am passionate about good food, having fun cooking and sharing my craft with others in a variety of ways.

I am formally trained in Italian and French cuisine; but am also quite experienced in Persian cuisine and more North American and British fare. I have some experience for Mediterranean, Indian, Spanish and Mexican cuisine as well.

I am a 35 year old chef who has been in various parts of the industry for the past decade; from restaurants to catering to being a private chef. Beyond formal work I have been passionate about cooking and good food since my mid teens, giving me a combined 20 years of formal and informal cooking for parties, dinners and personal needs.
