I love Italian & French cuisine but my passion is cooking from the land I live on. I cook a very seasonal menu of local ingredients with a focus on full flavours and nutrition. I have a lot of fun in the kitchen, and I'm sure that translates to the plates I prepare.

Chef Eric was able to prepare an amazing 4 course meal on extremely short notice due to our other plans failing last minute. We were so impressed with his ability to use so many wonderful ingredients to bring his dishes alive with flavour. He was also able to do all this while keeping the mine gluten and dairy free.
