17 years in culinary experience. I completed 6000 hours in my apprenticeship to be eligible to write my Red Seal, allowing me to advance in my career. I have expanded my knowledge and skills by adding holistic nutrition and plant based cooking. I specialize in making comfort plant based foods delicious.
