Described as a very passionate chef, I am very knowledgeable about cuisine & gastronomy, open minded, always willing to try new styles & techniques. Being customer focussed, with a natural approach to cooking, I believe that the true strength of a chef remains in letting the produce shine so it maintains its approachability. Being a solid cook & a creative chef, I show a real original flare for both flavour & presentation. Dedicated to using the best of local, seasonal produce, with the aim of supporting the local farms & artisan producers.
