Culinary passion

I describe my style as fine comfort food,because it's general comfort food like chicken,steaks,stir-fry's,and overall good you'd normally make at home just kicked up a 100 times and delicious.

27 years of culinary experience,but I never feel you stop learning.I started as a dishwasher and have worked every position in a restaurant,bistro,of cafe,but my passion and love is in the kitchen. I love to see the enjoyment and pleasure my food brings to people,the greatest compliment to me is how much the people enjoyed my dishes.
