My cooking style comes from the fusion of traditional Italian and Roman recipes that I cook with new technologies or using different ingredients from other countries. I like to teach people my cooking tricks and tell them about the history behind my recipes.

I'm the owner and chef of the restaurant in Rome called Bucavino. I'm also a culinary art instructor and personal chef. I also offer private dinner lessons in the US and in Italy for American people.
