Finger Sandwiches made with deli sliced ham, turkey and roastbeef. All served on white wheat or rye bread. All sandwiches include tomato, cheese and lettuce, serves 10-15 people.

A simple Relish platter comprised of eight choices, typically three types of pickes, two types olives and three veggies. Serves 10-15 people.

A simple shrimp cocktail eloquently plated for all occasions.

An assortment of Veggies and a sour cream vegetable dip.
