Combining eastern flavours with fine French cuisine, he draws on his Michelin-star training to provide bespoke culinary experiences. From special dinners, to parties, to cooking classes, he has been sharing his love of cooking with the world for over 30 years.
I have worked at prestigious establishments such as the two-Michelin star Le Tastevin in France, and was head chef at a five-star hotel in Luxembourg. In Japan he taught French cuisine and developed his Asian-French fusion style of cooking. Philippe has lived in London for the past 20 years where he has worked for High Table and Avenance.
