Chef Charles did no show up!
Imagine how disappointed me and my guest were that the chef never showed up. We were excited about our chef experience while on vacation. We waited for an hour and Chef Charles never showed up or communicated a cancellation. I was embarrassed and ended up having to cook. Please do a better job in communicating with your clients and refund my deposit.
