My overall cooking style is Southwestern staples that can be presented in a laid back street/bar food manner or in a fine dining setting. My favorites are comfort foods, but I also love the artsy, innovative, and unique. My goal and desire for my clients is to experience great food with the bold flavors of central Mexican and to have a lot of fun! So whether it be chile crusted ribeye or fish tacos, I can make it for you and your dinner guests.
I have been cooking since I was 13 years old, but professionally only for a few years in Savannah and Atlanta. I've learned even more over the years on my own and have learned to make Mexican food using Oaxacan style techniques and flavors from scratch. I've started my own brand that produces sauces and chili powders that will eventually become a food vending business called Irish Hombre Taco House.
