My style of cooking is fusion cooking, which combines two or more types of cuisine. I delivers what the customer prefers.
I've worked for some of the great hotels in the culinary department such as Gaylord Palms, Walt Disney world, Hilton and Marriott. I've also worked for the Boathouse at Disney springs and Park plaza Gardens at winter park. I've been a professional chef for the past 11 years. I'm classically trained in French cuisine and am also an expert in Italian, American, Latin, Asian and Caribbean cuisine.
