My personal cooking style is still developing. I am a fusion cook. I'm not afraid to experiment with different cultures and environmental based food. I like local product. I always try to learn and develop new taste and textures, not to forget the image and color spectrum.

My experience has gone a long way, over the course of time from the age of 12. Learning and cooking as I got older began to become a hobbie. It brought me joy. I have worked only in 2 restaurants as a cook, but have been well inspired by research and television. I am now working in a well established kitchen as a line cook, working my way up the ladder.
