I feel that my cooking style is family style. My dishes are created with love and are meant to share and fill souls.

I am a South American born, NYC raised, currently residing in Minnesota chef. My diverse up bringing has manifested it's uniqueness through food. Authentic West Indian food and Sultry American foods are my specialities. I believe that food is the universal component for all races and my goal is to bring cultures together through food.
