I cook from my passion not from recipes, I like to pair foods that compliment each other. I have a large variety of cooking techniques and I enjoy creating desserts as well. I aim to wow you the minute the plate touches the table, colours, textures and amazing flavours. Its all about creating the best experience and memories.
