I currently work for Compass group USA as a cook. Previously I was Chef de cuisine at the Foundation Room and a Cook 1 at Savor gastropub. I have also worked for Nordstroms Bistro N and few other different restaurants picking up and learning new things at each restaurant and from each chef.
