I am a graduate from one of the most prestigious Culinary Schools in Manila, Philippines. I've worked for Royal Families, and some of the 5-star Hotels and Resorts around the World. I can cater events ranging from 2 to 4,000 People. Buffet, A La Carte or Table d'Hôte. I've been in the Industry for more than 15 years now and I love what I do.
