I enjoy cooking old world home cooking style. Most of my experience comes from owning or running family style Italian Restaurants.

Started learning to cook while growing up in Catania Sicily. Then after moving to the states, I continued to work in the family owned restaurants starting from the bottom and working up to head chef and then managing the entire 6 restaurants.
