I cook lots of Italian dishes. I love to use fresh herbs and nice wines and I create exceptional flavours. I really specialize in Southern Soul that will make you scream. I also cook some Mexican style dishes.

I have over 15 years of experience in the industry. I love creating different recipes and love making people smile through their stomachs. I started cooking as a line cook at Case University in their dining hall, cooking things like chicken parmesan, chicken Florentine, beef Wellington, seafood and all styles of food!
