Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Jean Dussert-Sarthe from Paris. I have lived in Canada since 1996 and I arrived in Calgary in 2005. I completed culinary school in France. I have been a Chef in several Fine Cuisine Restaurants in France, and Chef-Owner of two, in Marseilles and Nice, in French Riviera. In Quebec City, I have been Chef-Owner of a Fancy Creperie.
