Though under the radar, I’ve developed serious culinary chops in some of the finest eateries in Alaska. One of which is the Hotel Captain Cook, my #1 favorite place to work, play & learn! Over the past 16 years my resume has gained some weight. From opening various restaurants, to developing bread, pastries & chocolates in the Arctic oil fields of Alaska, my greatest experience is serving others.
