I love making sushi poke bowls have been a recent creation for me I work at a gourmet Burger place where we like to do different types of topping and customizing burgers so I love trying new flavors and techniques in my work.

I have 10+ years experienced in fine dining vegan gluten free also BBQ and Asian Mexican fusion I am currently Head Chef at a gourmet Burger restaurant in Stanton, Ca . I love getting creative and coming up with custom menus and food with my clients . I also do a few healthy food prep for some personal clients. I have done custom cooking parties for 2-10 people
