I am currently a Raw Vegan Chef Instructor at the world's first and leading classically structured living culinary center. I have catered to events and retreats in Bali, Indonesia, as well as the Evason Resort in Hua Hin, Thailand. I run my own vegan & gluten-free sweet shop in Albuquerque.
